At Indy Warrior Partnership (IWP), we believe that veterans and their families deserve strong support and real connection. Blue Star Families helps military families across the country, while we help veterans right here in Central Indiana; that’s why our partnership with Blue Star Families (BSF) means so much to us, as well as the community we serve. Together, we make sure veterans and their loved ones feel welcome, supported, and empowered.

Ever wondered what $10 could do? It can save the lives of veterans. Donate $10 a month and help us reach veterans before a crisis occurs. Together, we can do better. Our veterans deserve better.


This year, we teamed up to promote BSF’s Military Family Lifestyle Survey, which helps military industry leaders understand what military families need so our community in Indy could have their voices heard. We spoke to our attendees about the survey at Coffee with a Vet, where veterans and their families come together for free coffee, breakfast, and good conversation. Events like these help people feel connected and give them a chance to learn about resources available to them, be sure to join us at our most popular Coffee with a Vet event on September 27th in Fishers, Indiana. 


Thanks to BSF’s support, we’ve helped 222 new veterans, solved 26 urgent cases, and shared helpful information with over 6,400 people. We’re working with 441 local programs to make sure veterans and families get the help they need. However, this partnership is about more than just numbers, it’s about people and making sure every veteran and military family in Central Indiana knows they’re not alone. Together, IWP and BSF are building a stronger, more caring community.
